LevelStart is an area element that defines the point at which players will spawn when the level is loaded.

LevelStart has two fields:
- Start id: A unique identifier, used by the LevelExit and LevelExitArea scripts.
- Spawn: The direction players will be facing when spawned.

On the initial level of a campaign, the LevelStart with the lowest Start id is used to spawn players.
